From Béla's most recent email: "I am also releasing a brand new album to go with this tour. It is called Throw Down Your Heart, part 2 - Unreleased Tracks. It features 14 great unreleased performances from the same trip to Africa in which I made the Throw Down Your Heart film and CD. It is also an experiment with releasing music direct to the audience, so it can only be downloaded from BelaFleck.com, or purchased at these shows."
So this explains why it isn't on rounder, amazon, or any of the other usual places. It is available now, and I assume it will be just as epic as the first one. I will just need to wait until it finishes downloading.
EDIT: After giving it a listen, I greatly encourage getting it. It just gives you more of what you heard on the first CD. It doesn't have the 22 minute D'Gary Jam that I was hoping for, but I imagine that will come on Volume 3.
Chard, If Béla says you can get it at the shows, do you have any idea what kind of form that would be in? Since no record company is putting it out, I assume it would be just a burned CD in a case? As someone who likes to have physical CDs, I would really love it if there was a nice looking CD in a case that I could buy to put on the shelf next to the rest of my collection, but I think that that might take a record company to accomplish.
